It is not permitted to take food and drinks away from the restaurants, especially to the rooms, fitness centre or the beach. We ask for your understanding that our staff is instructed to prevent an infringement of our provisions.

Kids & Teens Club: Opening times: from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. as well as mini disco in the evening. Please follow the instructions of our animators and accompany your children to the entrance of the children's club.
Games, sports and action programs: Various sports such as Nordic walking, archery, beach volleyball, boccia, guided bike tours and hikes are offered. Fitness programs include gymnastics, aerobics, aqua fitness, etc. You can see the exact program on the program boards at the main restaurant entrance, by the pool and in the TV information channel.
Play equipment rental: Boccia balls, beach volleyball, Nordic walking rental sticks etc. are available with your red game card at the animation at the pool. The devices are disinfected before each use.
Evening programs: Various entertainment programs are offered in the piazzetta (in bad weather in the club) from Sunday to Friday.
Your reserved rooms will be available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest. In order to enable the next guests to move into a clean room in good time, we ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure (see also check-in / out)

You can get the bath towels with the yellow bath towel card daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the active pool. On the day of departure, the towels must be returned to the active pool, where you will be given the yellow towel card.
Change of towels: daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the active pool
We offer our guests to change the towel once a day. In the event of loss, costs of KN 150.00 per bath towel are incurred.
On the left in front of the hotel is the BRETANIDE beach with free loungers and parasols. Due to the applicable distance regulations, the loungers are positioned accordingly. After each use, the lounger is disinfected by our employees.
For the benefit of other guests, we ask you not to reserve any loungers. If your lounger is not used for a longer period of time, our employee will remove your towel and prepare the lounger for other guests. This applies in particular to the beach area, where we only have a certain number of deck chairs available.

Upon check-in you will receive our BRETANIDE etui in which there is 1 key / safe card (hotel card), 1 blue game card and 1 yellow bath towel card per adult person. With the hotel card, you can have non-included services written on your room bill, such as wellness or wine packages. Your card is valid until the last day of your stay. We kindly ask you to return the BRETANIDE etui with all cards to the reception upon check-out.
Each card has a value of KN 150, -. If you do not return these cards, you will have to be billed for this value.
In order to enable the next guests to use their room in a clean room in good time, you can use the room on the day of departure until 11.00 a.m. We ask you to pay your bill cashless at the reception the day before departure.
If your room is available, a late check-out is also available on request and for a fee. Please contact the reception for more details and advance registration. The cost is € 20 for each additional hour used.
We are happy to help you bring your suitcase to reception by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please call us at reception one day before departure and let us know your preferred time. No liability is assumed for luggage loss / damage to luggage.
Our playground is behind the club at the sports area. Use is at your own risk; parents are responsible for their children.

Reduce, reuse and recycle waste: We are always looking for ways to control waste production. You can help us by only taking what you can eat from the buffet; of course, you can go to the buffet several times. Please do not throw old batteries in the trash, but place them on the table in the room. Our housekeeping will then dispose of them.
It is particularly important to us to keep our facility clean at all times. Please support us with this, especially with cigarette butts and tennis shoes.

In our fitness room (located in Pavilion 6 / basement, open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) there are various strength machines available for you to use free of charge. The number of people who are in the fitness room at the same time is limited due to the COVID regulations. Entry is only possible with a towel, which you can get at the reception. Please disinfect your hands upon entry and disinfect any fitness equipment after use.
The fitness room can be used by people aged 16 and over - at their own risk.
The "Mia" hairdressing salon is located in the piazzetta. You can find out the opening times at the salon or at the reception. Reserve your appointment in good time.
Our Health & Safety Manager is available around the clock for detailed questions and assistance. Please contact the reception on telephone number: 9. Our Health & Safety Manager will help you organize rapid antigen tests and PCR tests. The guest bears the costs for this, and registration for the test must be made at reception.

Choose the pillow that suits your needs. You can choose between orthopedic, magnetic therapy, thermoregulating and aromatic lavender pillows. There is a fee of 25 kn per pillow and day. If you have any questions, please contact the reception.
Our active pool, relax pool and children's pool are available to you. The Relax Pool is the pool for relaxation, so it is not allowed to jump, play ball or make noise. It is forbidden to take glass and china with you to the pools or the beach. These may only be used by BRETANIDE guests between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. You use it at your own risk - no lifeguard. Towels from the room are not permitted in the pool area.
Sun loungers & umbrellas: Due to the applicable distance regulations, the loungers are positioned accordingly. After each use, the lounger is disinfected by our employees. From 6 p.m. - from Sunday to Friday, depending on the weather. Reservation by 8 p.m. of the previous day at the latest at reception. (This is followed by 2 sessions, each from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.). Please stick to the reserved times to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Air conditioning: only works when the balcony door is closed.
Additional blankets: If you need an additional blanket, please request it at reception.
Bathroom radiators: the relevant switch (with red control lamp) is on the left in front of the entrance.
Bathrobe: If you need a bathrobe, you can request it from reception. Costs 100 kuna per week
Chair for the shower: if you need a chair when showering, please ask for one at reception.
Housekeeping: All rooms are prepared and cleaned prior to arrival in accordance with the applicable guidelines. After the room has been cleaned, the balcony door or window is tilted to ensure adequate ventilation.
Mattresses: Our mattresses in the standard rooms are reversible mattresses, which offer different levels of comfort on both sides due to a hard and soft degree of hardness. Please contact the reception on the internal telephone number 9 if you would like a different degree of hardness.
Towels: The towels that you want to change, please let them fall on the floor in the shower. The towels that you want to use again and leave hung up - make a small contribution to our environment. Thanks!
Please do not take towels from the room with you into the hotel or beach area.
There is a safe in the room, above the refrigerator, which you can open with your key card (in Pavilions 2,3 and 5) or with a code (in Pavilions 1,4 and 6). You lock the safe (Pav. 2, 3 and 5) by pressing the button with your key card and locking it with this button when the green light lights up. To open, simply press the button with the key card.
The hotel is only liable for valuables that are locked in the safe (up to an amount of EUR 1,000.00). Valuables or cash that exceed this amount can be deposited at the reception.
Our BRETANIDE shop is located in the piazzetta, where you can get authentic souvenirs and local products. Next to the piazzetta you will also find a small magazine shop where you can get newspapers, postcards, postage stamps, beach items, films, etc. There are various shops in Bol. The opening times depend on the season, ask at reception or call 9.
Bol is a small, interesting fishing village with a wonderful atmosphere. The Dominican monastery is definitely worth a visit. Another possible excursion is e.g., the neighbouring town of Murvica, which is connected with a longer walk.
Recommended for hikers are the Dragon cave and the Vidova Gora with a height of 778 meters. A boat trip to the island of Hvar in the places Jelsa, Vrbovska and the town of Hvar is also wonderful.

Water sports (on the beach in front of the hotel): banana boat, Ringo’s, ejector mattresses, water skiing and wakeboarding as well as motor boats. Payment is made directly on site.
Diving centre and surf centre (on the beach in front of the hotel): Guests of the BRETANIDE Sport & Wellness Resort receive a 10% discount in the diving and surf centre. Payment is made directly on site. In addition, our BRETANIDE guests can take part in diving weeks at a reduced price throughout the season. These diving weeks include 6 dives, boat transfer, dive guide, diving tanks and weight belts.
Bike centre (on the promenade in front of the hotel): open non-stop from 8.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Shortened opening times are possible in the off-season. You can rent mountain bikes, city bikes, e-bikes and children's bikes as well as child seats, helmets (children up to 16 years of age have to wear a helmet) and wheel locks. (Deposit KN 50, -). A shuttle service is offered for a fee to travel from Bol to the airport. BRETANIDE guests receive - after using the free time (10 hours) - a discount of 30%.
There are also several organized bike tours per week - you can get more detailed information from our animation team or directly from the bike rental. For guided bike tours, the free hours are deducted from the free time (10 hours). For the sake of order, we would like to state that the bike centre is an independent company and the Hotel BRETANIDE is not liable for damage caused by accidents, etc.

In the tennis centre, 2 courts are reserved for the all-inclusive offer from the last Saturday in May until the end of the season. You can reserve one hour per room per day at the reception. After you have played this, you can make another reservation. Additional places can be booked against payment.
The tennis school Dr. Hannes Zischka offers individual and group lessons - more information is available at the reception.
At the BRETANIDE Sport & Wellness-Resort - All Inclusive you don't have to pay cash anywhere. It is not necessary to tip the usual tourist tips during your stay. If you are satisfied with our services, at the end of your stay we ask you to leave a tip with the hotel rating in the "BRETANIDE box" at the reception. This is divided up on a monthly basis, taking into account the hotel rating and the number of hours worked.

An umbrella is available to our guests in each room. We ask you to bring it back to your room after use or to inform the reception desk if it is missing.
There are small bars, nightspots and restaurants in the village. You can go nudist bathing if you walk towards Murvica at the Zlatni Rat. Information on public transport such as buses, ships, ferries, etc. is available from reception.
BRETANIDE guests are happy to receive visitors by prior arrangement. For each visitor (limited number) a day ticket must be purchased. Following prices are applicable: April/May/October - Kn 300.- pP, June/September - Kn 400.- pP, July/August - Kn 450.- pP. Services: Entitlement to all-inclusive services without rooms and Konoba / Komin. Should a visitor consume drinks without a visitor card, a 3-day card will be automatically charged. The BRETANIDE guest is liable for his visitors.
