Terms and Conditions

Cancellation fees can be found under Cancellation fees (see below).
In the event of a no-show and without prior cancellation, the outstanding balance of the reservation will be debited from your credit card.
Bookings must be made with a valid credit card.
Long-term bookings: 10% deposit upon booking, final payment: up to 14 days before arrival
Short-term bookings: Bookings from and under 14 days before arrival 100% deposit
For stays without a reservation, the prices and conditions apply according to the price list in kuna at the reception.
Prices are per room including local taxes on an all-inclusive basis
A public (unguarded) car park is available free of charge
Cot for children up to 1.9 years € 8- per night (payment on site)
Children are people aged 2 to 15.9 years
When booking more than 5 rooms, special policies and additional fees may apply

Reservation and payment

Your reservation is binding upon receipt of the payment made and can only be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of booking (please see the Cancellation Fees section for further cancellation fees). For your online room reservation you need a valid credit card (EuroCard/MasterCard, Diners or Visa). If something goes wrong with your payment, a BRETANIDE representative will contact you to discuss details of your booking and payment. Your booking is not reserved in the meantime.
Your personal information, as well as your credit card information, is completely protected. Data transmission takes place via a secure server.

Cancellation fees

up to 24 hours after booking: free of charge
up to and including 15 days before arrival: 0% of the total amount
from 14 – 10 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
from 09 – 04 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
from 03 – 01 days before arrival: 85% of the total amount
no show: 100% of the total amount
TRANSFER – from 24 hours before arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount

Travel insurance

Since unforeseen events can always occur that prevent a vacation, we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance. Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from around 4 p.m. If you arrive later than 9 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your rooms by 11 a.m. at the latest. In the event of early departure and late arrival, we charge 85% of the booked and unused stay.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, pizzeria, food in the specialty restaurants Konoba/Komin, Club, local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, 2 bottles of water in the room upon arrival, free WiFi (in Pav. 1, 4 & 6 in the lobby, reception , in the suites and piazzetta, in the café, the pizzeria, at the active and relaxation pool), Internet PC, 2 clay tennis courts from mid-June to mid-October, universal sports field with football and basketball, guided bike tours and hikes, bicycles (10 hours per week ), fitness and healthy programs such as Nordic walking, aqua gym, aerobics and much more, archery, boccia, beach volleyball, entertainment games, children’s club in high season, extensive animation program in German, fitness room, loungers and parasols at the pool and on the beach in front of the hotel limited number, bath towels against deposit.

Services not included

Bottled wines, wine packages, exclusive packages, mini bar and foreign alcoholic beverages, excursions, wellness center, tennis courses and water sports providers from local providers such as. Surfing, surfboards, diving, water skiing, ringos, etc.

Further information

The BRETANIDE is a spacious hotel complex built in Dalmatian architecture, located directly on the beach promenade and includes standard rooms 3*, superior rooms 4* and 27 suites 4*.

Due to its hillside location, the hotel has many steps and is difficult for people with motor disabilities to climb.

Pets are not allowed.
