Terms of use for the Wi-Fi network (Article 14 DSA)
The Wi-Fi network is intended for guests and visitors to the property and is provided at no separate charge.
Users are responsible for the content they send and receive. Using the network for unlawful activities is prohibited, particularly for distributing illegal content, infringing copyright, gaining unauthorised access to other systems, sending spam or disrupting the operation of the network.
The hotel does not inspect or moderate content transmitted by users. To ensure network security and proper operation, we may: [filter access to known malicious or illegal websites], limit speed or data usage per device, and temporarily disconnect any device that compromises the network or breaches these terms.
We also restrict or terminate access when ordered to do so by a competent authority.
If you believe that your access has been unjustifiably restricted or terminated, please contact the point of contact for users. We will review your complaint and respond within [7] days.
