Kitchen Chef (m/f)
Job advertisement:
- Management and organization of all kitchen teams (main restaurant, pizzeria, grill).
- Development and adaptation of menus in cooperation with the hotel owners to meet the needs of the guests.
- Monitoring and management of stocks, orders, food and equipment costs.
- Training and motivation of kitchen staff to ensure high standards in food preparation.
- Compliance with the highest hygiene standards and all safety regulations.
- Implementation of measures and means of protection at work
Conditions:
- Training in a specialist field, secondary school leaving certificate, language school
- Active knowledge of written and spoken English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
- Active computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Strong creative, communication and organizational skills in business operations
- Knowledge of business standards, motivation and striving for the highest quality
